Orasa, nicknamed “Maew”, was born and raised in the suburbs of Bangkok. Learning how to cook from her grandmother and mother, Chef Maew specializes in healthy and traditional Thai food that has been passed down for many generations. From 1994 to 2001, she opened a Thai restaurant. Since then, she has been the director of food and catering at El Camino college, and catered for multiple events.
