Orasa, nicknamed “Maew”, was born and raised in the suburbs of Bangkok. Learning how to cook from her grandmother and mother, Chef Maew specializes in healthy and traditional Thai food that has been passed down for many generations. From 1994 to 2001, she opened a Thai restaurant. Since then, she has been the director of food and catering at El Camino college, and catered for multiple events. Chef Maew was an absolute delight! First and foremost, her Thai food was absolutely delicious... I was in a food coma by the end of the lesson! And her venue was BEAUTIFUL. You could see the harbor from her living room! I will definitely take Chef Maew's class again.
