Kao man gai is full of the robust flavors of garlic, ginger and cilantro and the warm, luscious texture of tender chicken and soup-based rice. Vibrant flavors and textures come together in this bowl of complex, nourishing Thai comfort food. A light summer salad with bright lemon sesame dressing accompanies the main course, as well as fresh coffee, tea, and Chef Maew’s special cold herbal beverage. Chef Maew was an absolute delight! First and foremost, her Thai food was absolutely delicious... I was in a food coma by the end of the lesson! And her venue was BEAUTIFUL. You could see the harbor from her living room! I will definitely take Chef Maew's class again.
