You'll be swept away by the authentic Thai recipes you'll create in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Cregg as you prepare a classic menu that highlights the rich traditions of this beloved Asian-Pacific cuisine.

Begin by preparing shrimp toast, a savory appetizer flavored with toasted sesame seeds and chili sauce. You'll also make a lemongrass beef entrée with herbs, fried shallots and rice noodles sided by spicy green beans. And for dessert, whip up a heavenly toasted coconut cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a great night with Cregg. His food was delicious, he was patient, on time and we learned a lot. Cregg had a great vibe and we had a lot of fun cooking with him. We will definitely use his sevices again!!!
