Inspired by the amazing Southern cuisine around her as well as her grandmother's Jewish food, she soon began cooking, baking, and planning menus. Chef Betsy has worked at The New School of Cooking, catered, and frequently provides her pastries to a local cafe. She is happy to accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions from Kosher to gluten free.

Chef Betsy is a jack of all trades in the kitchen. I've seen the spread of desserts she can whip up and the appetizers and mains she assembles with ease. Her sliders are possibly the cutest I've ever seen and her guacamole is out of this world. She makes things look effortless and can really show you how to make simple comfort foods into gorgeous meals appropriate for parties, everyday meals, and more!
