Chef Terry then began working his way up the restaurant kitchen food chain going from line cook to sous chef and finally to executive chef. He is now the acclaimed executive chef at a prominent farm-to-fork vegan restaurant.

We loved Terry's vegan brunch class. Everything was delicious and he does a great job of explaining all the steps whether you're a beginner or advanced home cook. He comes super prepared and is very thoughtful to leave your kitchen as clean as he found it (or cleaner!). Would definitely recommend!

Chef Terry has in-depth knowledge and experience with a wide variety of cuisines, including vegan meals. I enjoyed learning dishes that are healthy yet there is no compromise in flavor. They were so delicious. I can't wait to try out what I learned from Chef Terry at home!
