Cooking Class - Pot Stickers and Steamed Buns

There's something extraordinary about biting into a perfect dumpling— the tug of dough, the burst of steam, that first hit of flavorful filling. In this hands-on class with Chef Fumiko, you will learn just how easy it is to handcraft this experience in your kitchen.

You will begin by making the dough for traditional Chinese steamed buns completely from scratch before filling and steaming them. Then, working with fresh pot sticker wrappers, you will create three different pot stickers and learn how to both pan fry and steam them.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
