In this hands-on class with Chef Terry, you will learn how to prepare a three-course seafood-centric menu that showcases the ingredients, flavors, and flair of the Pacific Northwest.
Chef Terry will begin by teaching you how to make a Pacific Northwest-style creamy clam chowder that rivals its New England-style counterpart. Then, for the main course you will learn how to put a Pacific Northwest spin on fish and chips with local beer and fresh fish before diving into the preparation of a beautifully rustic seasonal fruit cobbler.
