Chef Carlo "Knocked it out of the Park". He not only was very personable and knowledgeable, but also went out of his way to accommodate our specific request. We were tourist to Vegas. The plan was a surprise for my wife who loves to cook and learn new techniques. Chef Carlo accommodated a unscheduled day request to align with our vacation. He went out of his way to book the dinner within hours after his delayed return from vacation in Cancun. The food was spot on and being from out town his kitchen was a perfect venue for our experience. Well Done!

We were a bit apprehensive to go to someone’s house for a cooking class, so happy we did. There was only my wife and I but a big plus we not only had the most tender and flavorful ribs we made deviled eggs that were amazing. The cool part is that we got so much more cooking ideas than expected. We were free to ask anything and offered to call on him anytime. Thanks Carlo for a fun evening
