Chef Carlo's methods allow for an newfound appreciation of pork as it should be — not drowned in overly sweet sauce, but dusted with a savory cloak of spices to showcase the best flavors.

We were a bit apprehensive to go to someone’s house for a cooking class, so happy we did. There was only my wife and I but a big plus we not only had the most tender and flavorful ribs we made deviled eggs that were amazing. The cool part is that we got so much more cooking ideas than expected. We were free to ask anything and offered to call on him anytime. Thanks Carlo for a fun evening
