Cooking Class - Dumplings From Around the World
In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you will journey from the Caribbean all the way to Asia and back again as you learn how to make four different dumplings that are respected and known around the world.
You will begin with wonderfully flakey empanadas bursting at the seams with juicy beef and freshly made sofrito. Then, you will head to Japan and discover vegetable gyoza chockfull of seasonal mushrooms as well as the beauty of the classically fluffy and chewy Chinese pork bao bun before concluding with Cuban-inspired guava pastelitos.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
