Cooking Class - Secrets to Mexican Favorites

Learn the secrets to preparing the staples of Mexican cuisine from scratch with Chef Chris.

In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, your taste buds will be transported to Mexico as you learn how to prepare an authentic Mexican menu using time-honored cooking techniques and fresh ingredients.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include homemade corn tortillas, which you will also learn how to transform into tostadas to be the vehicle for a shrimp ceviche appetizer, handcrafted chicken enchiladas brought to life with a homemade salsa verde, and classic churros with cinnamon sugar for delightful dessert.

Our Mexican cooking class was an absolute amazing! Led by Chef Chris in a spotless kitchen, we savored every moment of creating enchiladas, ceviche, tortillas, and churros. The hands-on experience was incredible, and our chef even shared the recipes for us to recreate the magic at home. From start to finish, it was a delicious and unforgettable experience that we'll treasure forever. Would definitely recommend!

chris was patient and answered all our questions, he took extra time with my son, who is showing an interest in cooking. the meal was “phenomenal” as my son kept saying! we will definitely go back…and great leftovers!
