Discover the five pillars of Thai cooking-- sweet, salty, bitter, sour and spicy-- and how to balance them to a cascade of flavors. Get a chance to practice some new and unique cooking techniques as you prepare Thai classics like spring rolls, pad Thai and more. Gain confidence with knife skills, sauce making and searing.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
