In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to prepare a contemporary four-course Chinese menu using fresh ingredients and easy-to-master techniques that'll have you tossing takeout menus for good.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to making in this class include handcrafted pork and shrimp spring rolls with a homemade sweet chili dipping sauce, a Chinese sausage and rice hot pot, seasonal vegetable stir fry with homemade vegetable glaze, and subtly sweet homemade Chinese almond cookies.
