Cooking Class - Contemporary Chinese Takeout

Learn how to take your Chinese takeout favorites to the next level with Chef Chris.

In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to prepare a contemporary Chinese menu using fresh ingredients and easy-to-master techniques that'll have you tossing takeout menus for good.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to making in this class include handcrafted pork spring rolls with a homemade sweet chili dipping sauce, a Chinese sausage and rice hot pot, seasonal vegetable stir fry with homemade vegetable glaze, and subtly sweet homemade Chinese almond cookies.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Chris and his class was amazing! He taught me so much (I don’t know much about cooking so this was very helpful.) He was patient and kind and the experience was so fun. The food at the end was delicious and we were so full. Looking forward to taking another cooking class with Chris! I highly recommend!!!!!

This was an amazing experience. Chef Chris was very thorough in explaining: techniques, food and origin. He was very patient, provided everything in a well kept and clean home. My son and I had an amazing time and were looking forward to our next cooking venture with Chef Chris and his wife.
