Prepare the lychee puree. Using either a blender or an immersion blender, blend the lychee with the lychee syrup until smooth.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, lychee puree, lychee syrup and vermouth. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Skewer two lychees on a skewer for garnish. Sip and enjoy!
