Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 275°F. Place the eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry the eggs for 14-17 minutes, until the eggs are fully cooked. While the eggs are air frying, prepare a bowl of ice water.(See notes 1-2.)

Step 3

Immediately place the air fryer hard boiled eggs into the ice water. Let cool for about 3-5 minutes before peeling.

Peel, serve and enjoy!

Notes:

  1. If using room temperature eggs, the eggs will be done around 11-13 minutes.
  2. The range in cooking time accounts for different makes and models air fryers.

I struggle with hard boiled eggs and had my doubts on this method, but I was wrong! These came our perfectly and will be my new "go-to" method!
