Cooking with Chef Adam was such a fun and memorable experience! It was our first time taking a cooking class, and we loved every minute of it. We learned how to make onigiri, musubi, and poke bowls and everything tasted amazing. Chef Adam shared a few helpful kitchen tips, shared interesting stories, and made all of us feel relaxed and engaging. He was very accommodating, especially when we mentioned we don’t eat raw fish and he thoughtfully prepared shrimp for our poke bowls instead. It was the perfect mix of learning, laughter, and delicious food. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and interactive culinary experience!

The menu for the evening included Poke Bowl, Onigiri and Musubi. Chef Adam was great and the evening was much more entertaining and fun than we anticipated it would be thanks to him. I highly recommend using him for classes and we will definitely be taking more of hi classes

We had a fantastic time cooking with Chef Adam! This was our first cooking class and we made onigiri, masubi and poke bowls which speaks to my husbands Hawaiian culture and some of my favorite foods. We learned a few tricks to get the rice to be sticky and loved that these were meals we could easily recreate at home with our daughter. We will absolutely cook with Chef Adam again and bring friends.

My wife and I went for a nice evening cclass. It was perfect. Elena is vibrant and friendly. We made two different types of bread. We had our hands in the dough and spreading out ingredients every step of the way. Cannot recommend this class enough.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this class. Neither of us had ever made pastry from scratch before, but Elena broke down the process while explaining the theory behind each step in a way that made it feel simple and achievable. Everything we made tasted incredible, and we took away enough knowledge that we feel pretty confident we could make our own pastry at home now.

Chef Elena's bread class was fantastic! My daughter and I attended while I was in town visiting for a fun, hands on adventure. Chef Elena did a great job with explaining the details of each process, and the important tips to remember. The class was engaging and very collaborative which allowed everyone to partake in the process of bread making. Most importantly... the bread was amazing and so delicious - yet easy enough for us to feel confident to go home and try baking it ourselves.

My husband and I like to try new things together and we both love sweets. I knew he would love the chocolate twists and I absolutely loved the puffed berry pastry. Elena explained everything very well and was well prepared and friendly. I was a bit nervous to go to a strangers house but her home was very clean and elegantly decorated. Overall it was a great date night for my husband and I and I have already booked another one on one class for us to make artisans bread! Plus leaving with the extras to have the next day and to share with our kid was nice.

Our experience was incredible!! Chef Jenna was absolutely amazing!! We loved her! She was very knowledgeable, hardworking, and very sociable! It was like learning and cooking with a friend. We learned a lot of practical cooking tips, had so much fun, and then enjoyed a delicious meal!!! I would highly recommend this experience to others. It exceeded our expectations! This was a birthday gift for my mom, and I really think she loved it!

Chef Dominique was not only an amazing Chef, but also such a fun person to have conversations with. My husband abd I cooked a salmon dish with her, along with mashed potatoes, a puff pastry, a watermelon salad, and a chocolate cake. Loved everything and the time together.

I bought this for a gift for my business partner and his wife, they loved it and booked it for their Friday date night! They called me after the dinner and couldn’t keep talking about how wonderful the experience was and they even learned a few new things even though they both cook all of the time. They said the food was fresh and great too! The overall experience was great and I’m definitely going to get this as a gift for more people…I prefer gifting experiences vs actual gifts! My wife and I attended Chef Elena's Artisan Bread Bakes class; it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this class. Chef Elena is an excellent instructor; she is knowledgeable, well-prepared, and polite. During this class, you'll not be just a robot executing instructions; you'll get practical knowledge, know why you're doing specific steps, and know how to adapt. When you're finished, you will leave with some delicious bakes of bread and a strong desire to make more now that you realize how easy and fun it can be.
