In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll explore the world of sweet enriched yeasted doughs with Chef Elena as your guide. Learn to make a soft, pillowy dough from scratch and discover the techniques behind bakery-style breads full of rich flavor and irresistible texture.

You’ll use your dough to create two show-stopping treats: gooey cinnamon rolls with homemade cinnamon butter and tangy cream cheese frosting, and a dark chocolate and almond twist star bread with a decadent filling made from scratch. Enjoy your fresh-baked creations in class and take home any extras to share.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My daughter and I did her cinnamon rolls, Star bread and pecan roll class. We had such a great time and learned so much and everything was delicious. I will definitely sign up again. Everything was clean, organized and well presented.

Chef Elena's bread class was fantastic! My daughter and I attended while I was in town visiting for a fun, hands on adventure. Chef Elena did a great job with explaining the details of each process, and the important tips to remember. The class was engaging and very collaborative which allowed everyone to partake in the process of bread making. Most importantly... the bread was amazing and so delicious - yet easy enough for us to feel confident to go home and try baking it ourselves.
