We were 20 minutes late and were fretting but Christopher made us feel at ease and smoothly transitioned into cooking. It was an absolute blast cooking with Christopher and food came out delicious. We had a 5 course French inspired meal and every single one of them was memorable. Me and my wife really enjoyed being part of the cooking process and let our artistic side express itself while plating. The highlights of the night were the foie gras(goose liver) and the halibut with couscous. Bonus points for putting my wife at ease at the prospect of making crepes in the future.

What a great experience! My son is an aspiring chef and this was his Christmas present. Chef Christopher was wonderful! He made us feel at home immediately and we had great fun trying foie gras for the first time and learning that presentation is not just about looks, but flavor. Went during Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful time. We went to Chef Christopher's house and sat at his kitchen bar while he prepared the meal directly in front of us. He explained what he was making and how and was happy to answer our questions. We both learned a lot about preparing and serving food. Christopher was also very fun to interact with on other topics and the time flew by. This was our first time at a Cozymeal event and we were worried that it would be a disappointment, but Christopher is the real deal and prepared a tasty, gourmet dinner including some of the finest halibut we've ever had. We will do this again.

The ambience he has created for his class was perfect, and it was such a beautiful night to dine outside. So romantic!
