Cooking Class - Local Farmers Market Cuisine
In this hands-on class with Chef Greg, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Southwestern-style dinner menu using a colorful array of fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmers' market.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a grilled fruit compote showcasing a spectrum flavors, an irresistible black coffee ribeye steak, smoked potatoes and corn with cilantro, and strawberry banana bread pudding featuring an almost brûléed crusty golden top and custard-like interior for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
