We had a great evening with Chef Landi in Philly! I bought this experience for my husband for Valentine’s Day, not really knowing what to expect. Far exceeded our expectations! Chef Landi was fun, welcoming, and engaging. His menu was perfect, even adjusting it for vegetarians. The class size of 6 was perfect and all the participants were lovely. The kitchen space was comfortable and easy to work at. We had a blast and ate until we were stuffed. Will definitely do this again in the future!

We made an Italian salad, Roman meatballs, turmeric pasta and a Tiraminnoli(cross between Tiramisu and Cannoli. The food was amazing and the experience was fun and relaxing. Chef Landi was personable and taught us so much. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didn’t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other people’s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and that’s absolutely great—we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

What an amazing experience!! Chef Landi was skilled, patient and kind. The portions were great and everything was so tasty! There was enough of a portion to have a to go box but I stuffed my face lol. I’m a foodie and pretty knowledgeable about proper chef techniques and he was amazing. I’ll be booking again !!

Chef Landi was so sweet and an amazing instructor! My boyfriend and I got very lucky to have a private event as the other people had cancelled. Chef Landi took his time explaining and demonstrating everything while also allowing us to do it ourselves. We had an amazing time making all of the dishes. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you chef Landi for a memorable experience.

This was my husband's and my second cooking class with Chef Landi, and we cannot recommend him highly enough! His menus are always delicious and easy to replicate at home, and he really tries to involve everyone in the experience. Chef Landi is such a talented and personable chef, so cooking and learning with him is always a pleasure!

Chef Landi was a great and I’ll definitely be making these dishes at home. I felt the others in our group were pretty rude and inconsiderate, but he didn’t rush anyone despite going well over the intended class time. He explained why he did things as he went, how you could change the recipe if you wanted a different flavor, and even supplied boxes to take home leftovers. Very friendly, patient, and kind. Chef Landi was fantastic! He went through every part of the process with detailed instructions, we got to try our hand at the a variety of techniques. The food was absolutely delicious and was a perfect date night with my boyfriend. He plated and served our meals which were extremely tasty. If you’re looking for a class or even starting on your cooking experience he was fantastic and I would recommend.

This was our first time doing this. I got this experience for my wife as a Christmas present. I must say it was superb! Chef Landi was amazing. He was very personable and an excellent teacher. The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this for a date night out, especially if you like to cook like we do.

My father, his new wife and I took the Asian Fusion cooking class with Huda, and it was AMAZING! She was very personable, communicated nicely and we truly enjoyed our time with her. The food was delicious and we were certainly full towards the end. She came very prepared and was a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend Huda to anyone who is just starting to cook or highly experienced. Cheers to Huda!

The resident chef was great. The class however was overbooked. 4 people to a table was at least one maybe two too many. We paid to learn and practice the skills and techniques and we really only got to do half of the experience due to sharing the space and duties.

My fiancé and I did this class for our 4 year anniversary and Chef Landi was very accommodating and welcoming! It felt like we were family in his beautiful home and he told us so many interesting stories about his time as a chef. Food was delicious and we had more than enough to eat (and even some leftovers to take home).10/10 would do this class again.

Simply put, a night with Chef Landi is second to none! Tonight was our second experience with Chef Landi, bringing along a few family members for their first time. He was extremely warm, friendly, and accommodating, as he was in our first experience with him. All three courses were amazing and instructed so that people of all culinary experience levels could understand and recreate the menu. We look forward to our next experience with Chef Landi!! Thanks to Michael, we had an exceptional night! The food was beautifully prepared and delicious, and our hosts were extremely welcoming and passionate for their craft. Michael's class was in depth and well prepared, and their kitchen boasts the perfect space for group instruction and demos. We will absolutely be returning to take more of Michael's classes as we were blown away by everything. Cant recommend this class as well as Michael's repertoire of other classes quite enough!

Chef Landi was great, and this experience was 100% worth it! I booked pretty far in advance, about two months, which is necessary since Chef Landi's classes are so popular. We arrived about 10-15 minutes before the start time, which I learned was probably a bit early. I think it is ideal to arrive about 5 minutes ahead of time so you can get in and settled, open your wine (or drink of choice that you brought with you to accompany your meal), and chat with the chef a bit. Chef Landi was thorough and took his time throughout each of the four courses. He provided tips and tricks on cooking in general, knife skills, and everything in between. He was so friendly, answered every single question we had, and told us stories of his experiences in Albania, Italy, and the US. The other people that were in our class were a great addition to the experience! We had fun getting to know each other, chatting, and learning to cook the courses together. I would recommend this class 10 time out of 10! Enjoy!
