Take a culinary journey around Asia as you create dishes with a fusion of flavors.
Learn the secrets to creating a handful of traditional Asian dishes in this engaging cooking class, from crafting lettuce wraps to frying up donuts. Chef Huda will guide you using cooking techniques you'll use again and again.
To begin the class, you'll cook chicken to lay in lettuce cups with vegetables. Next, brew a bowl of ramen noodles with chicken or beef and assorted vegetables mixed with a ginger soy broth, followed by rolling classic vegetable spring rolls infused with ginger and garlic. End by frying up Chinese doughnuts with a sweet chocolate sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Ramen Bowl
With chicken or beef, assorted vegetables, lo mein noodles and ginger soy broth
Vegetable Spring Rolls
With spring roll wrappers, scallions, ginger and garlic

Chef Huda, a private chef who runs her own catering business, is passionate about providing a personable and fun experience for every guest, whether it's a cooking class or private dining event. With a bachelor's degree in culinary management from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, she has nearly 20 years of culinary experience under her belt and has earned multiple awards in renowned cooking competitions. She can't wait to share her knowledge of dynamic cuisine!
