Kamilla, our chef was informative, attentive and very personable. She helped us make such easy yet rich flavorful Thai food. I liked that we got the option taste each food one at A time. The cooking class was everything I hoped for and more! We only had 3 tables which gave private feel which was perfect for my boyfriend’s birthday gift. However, one thing is that one of the participants turned out to be a live streamer and he was distracting. Chef and the class was perfect, but may be in the future, you pre-screen participants to see if they plan on bringing a full production. Otherwise, thank you for a wonderful experience!! We had an amazing sushi cooking experience to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the very beginning, they responded very quickly to messages and were always available and attentive. The experience was fun, pleasant, and truly special. I was very grateful for the opportunity to learn about the origins of everything and a bit of the history behind sushi, which made it even more meaningful. I would definitely do this again in the future and highly recommend it.

We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it was an awesome experience. We made sushi with Kamilla and it was soooo fresh, tasty, and fun! We really enjoyed learning different techniques and trying so many variations of sushi. It was a great time (and a lot of food - go hungry)! The cooking space was nice, too.

A fantastic date night and overall experience!! We learned a lot about Thai cuisine and how to cook fresh and delicious meals. Absolutely incredible. Clear and helpful guidance. We were with Kamilla who answered all our questions and provided multiple opportunites to practice. The class came with notes afterwards so I didn't need to take notes. We left encouraged and inspired to cook. I've taken a couple of cooking classes with too much lecture or too little directives. Kamilla had a perfect balance between doing and talking.

Really fun and comfortable experience taking a cooking class here. The class is in a converted house, which makes for a really interesting space that can accommodate cooking, a dining area, and plants and an outdoor garden that provide some of the ingredients you cook with! We took the Distinctive Tastes of Thailand class - food was delicious, and I appreciated learning about each individual ingredient and how it contributes to the recipe. I'm not much of a cook, but I felt at ease and empowered in the class, and came away with a some new skills, knowledge and recipes in my arsenal.

I had an incredible experience in Chef Mark’s Thai cooking class! He taught us how to make amazing dishes like som tum, tom kha gai, and pad see ew, and made the entire process so much fun. Mark is not only knowledgeable and talented, but he’s also super nice, helpful, and has a great sense of humor. I learned a ton of new cooking techniques, and his teaching style made it all feel so approachable—even for a beginner like me. I can’t wait to sign up for more classes with him. Highly recommend!

I attended Chef Cregg's class as a part of a work team building event. Chef Cregg was great. He did a good job of engaging each member of our team to make sure everyone felt included. The meal was delicious and inclusive of all taste buds and food preferences. He even made a separate salad for one of my team members who doesn't eat cucumbers. Awesome job Chef Cregg!

Listen, it was fine. She was amazing and super sweet. We did, however, ask for Kosher, and she had no idea aboyut that so our food restrictions were not relayed to her. And then when we did tell her that we're Kosher she wasn't clear on whether or not the ingredients had shellfish in it or not. Also, we did not have a choice in protein which is what the class had explained that we would, or that was the impression I was under. The main dish was wayyyyy too salty, the beef had been pre-seasoned and in my opinion inedible. Other than that she was wonderful and we learned things. It was fun.
