I had the croissants class with Chef Stephanie and it was the best class ever. Learned the technique and got lots of tips to be able to be successfully make them at home. Chef Stephanie was, as usual, very patient and made the class an amazing experience.

Loved this class! Michelle and Christmas are so gracious and lovely. Learned to make shrimp toast, peanut dressing, waffles and pho!! So delicious! Hope I get back to Houston someday and learn more.

Three of us went for Haute Halal Filipino Favorites class, we enjoyed the company and the food. We also had a visitor that brought in Tamales to taste, so that was a surprise and fun. But we felt that if this was a cooking class we left without learning anything from the Chef. We were hoping for insight into Philippines cooking and basics but we ended up with pre cooked soup that was already made before we showed up. The starter was also pre-made before we showed up. There was only one station so only one person got hands on experience of cooking 3 dishes. So if you want to learn this is not the class for you. If you want to have good food and company this is a great experience. The price felt steep for what our experience was.

Chef Michelle and Chef Christmas did a wonderful job hosting us! They helped to accommodate for our peanut allergy, and tariff is in a way where it was quick and easy to make each course. The salad was fantastic with the candied pecans, and the strawberry vinaigrette was a good sub in for the peanut sauce. The shrimp toast and duck sauce were a great appetiser, and the pandan waffles with berries and ice cream was a great finisher! The main pho itself held a spicy, flavourful beef broth, and the cuts of beef were really thick yet tender. Our only minor gripe was that we wished we cooked the noodle longer since the texture felt a bit stiff. Fun time overall, perfect for a date night!

Took the Tarte class taught by Chef Stephanie, it was a wondeful experience. Chef was very informative and able to answer all our groups questions. Gave awesome demonstrations and ample time for hands on. Personable and educational, would recommend this course specifically and look forward to hopefully taking more in the future as she hosts a variety of classes.

We had such a wonderful experience, thanks to Chef Michelle and Chef Christmas. Both were extremely patient and friendly as they guided us through the process of cooking an Indian meal from scratch. The butter chicken was to die for, and we also enjoyed a tasty salad, naan and a delicious apple dessert. All in all a great date night for my husband and me. Would 100% recommend!

This was my first time trying something like this. We weren't sure what to expect but everything turned out great. We love Indian food and it was amazing to cook from scratch and learn about different seasonings. We definitely recommend this!!

The pasta making course was fun, entertaining, and informative. You’ll make mistakes, but you’ll learn the correct way to craft the noodle. The process is tough but suck it up, it’s all about the experience. We booked this as a date, and couldn’t of been more happy. The dessert was my favorite. The speed, Ingredients, and the proficiency was delicious. I would do this over again in a heart beat. Super clean kitchen, organized flow of process, and exceptional conversation. The environment was meticulous and inviting.

Chef Nancy is an excellent host and entertainer. I thoroughly enjoyed the lessons she imparted on us and the welcoming atmosphere she created at her home. We ended up being a group of four and we each assisted in preparing one dish each. Chef Nancy explained each dish and encouraged us to taste various ingredient to understand the different flavor profiles. This a great environment for beginners and it isn’t intimidating at all for novice cooks.

Awesome experience. Great idea for a date night .Very warming and hospitable. Chef and her husband was good in entertaining us and the food was amazing . Portion of food was great, we even have some food that we took home. Would recommend it to family and friends, actually I’m gonna book another class for my parents so they can have a great time with Chef Nancy , coz we did.

We had a wonderful time learning about and cooking authentic Mexican cuisine with Chef Veronica. Her inviting home & warm nature enhanced the experience to be more than just a cooking class. She went above and beyond, teaching us about ingredients, techniques, and answering our many questions. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend Chef Veronica’s class to anyone wanting a fun day with friends, a unique date, or just a memorable experience. Chef Veronica was so great! I picked her because of her amazing reviews, and she did not disappoint! She was even able to give me some wine recommendations to bring for the meal, which was great because we got to try some new wines we hadn’t heard of before and they were so good! This Chef is very knowledgeable of cuisines and does more than just teaches you the cooking methods, you also learn about the history of the foods, where they come from, and why we prepare them the way we do. Loving to cook at home, we wanted a class that would teach us more about the cuisines than just how to combine preprepped ingredients in a pan. It was a great experience and I highly recommend booking this Chef for your cooking class experience!
