Loved learning macarons with Chef Stephanie! She shared so many helpful tips and little tricks that made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Her guidance, patience, and passion truly made the class special. And the best part—getting to spend the day with such wonderful company, lots of laughs, and perfectly sweet macarons at the end. Took the Tarte class taught by Chef Stephanie, it was a wondeful experience. Chef was very informative and able to answer all our groups questions. Gave awesome demonstrations and ample time for hands on. Personable and educational, would recommend this course specifically and look forward to hopefully taking more in the future as she hosts a variety of classes.

Chef Stephanie's French Bread class was very educational, and we had such a good time. She was patient and very informative. I enjoyed the hands-on portion as well as the treats she had available for us. We will definitely take the skills she taught us and make our own breads at home. 10/10 experience! Chef Stephanie was an excellent hostess and she was well prepared as you would expect from a consummate professional. She did a fantastic job explaining the steps of her preparation and cooking process while showing us how to make the cookies and ganache. We even had the opportunity to participate in parts of the preparation and sample the finished product. I would definitely recommend her class to anyone interested in a cooking or pastry class. I am writing this as I’m enjoying the delights of this evening’s class. The French Bread Class was our second with Chef Stephanie, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. She is a marvelous instructor and gives pro tips that create a-ha moments every time! The take-always are always delicious! We can’t wait to book another and take our friends.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time making macarons with Chef Stephanie. I definitely feel a lot more confident to bake macarons after this class. The macarons were delicious and Chef gave plenty of other ideas for fillings other than the ones we made in class. This is the perfect activity for Galentines or any other excuse to spend time learning with your best friends. (Also fun and instructive in general of course)

We had a lovely time with Stephanie - she walked through each course with detailed, but easy-to-understand instructions and best practices. She shared general tips on cooking, ingredients and kitchen tools as well. The ambiance was comfortable and relaxed, giving us space to ask questions and jump into the hands-on experience with ease. I gifted this for my adult daughter and myself for Christmas and it was worth it! Stephanie welcomed us into her lovely kitchen and taught us how to make croissants, almond croissants and chocolate croissants. Her hands on approach gave me the confidence to make them on my own at home. We also made new friends in our class. It was a very Merry Christmas for all!

My class on Monday, December 22nd at 7 PM was not taught by Chef Jaken. It was taught by someone else and she was great. Chef Stephanie taught us how to make a fruit tart straight from scratch! We learned how to roll the dough, temper the egg for the pastry cream, and tap into our creative minds while decorating our tart. It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend anyone take this class!

The class was not led by Monica but by a young 20 year old. He did a good job. The class was good and the food (NY strip steak and frites with arugula salad) was phenomenal. I didn't love that they put you in groups of 4 because we didn't get to participate in everything. All in all it was a nice date.

Chef Stephanie was fantastic. My daughters and I had a wonderful time, while learning new cooking techniques. I immediately came home and personally was able to put my education to work, making crepes and new sauces. My husband has a salt allergy so I was able to apply her teaching to my limitations on salt at home. The crepes have been a huge success for dinners, lunch, & breakfast. I even smoked my own fresh salmon tonight for crepes.

It was fantastic. I booked this event as a surprise for my wife who has been attempting to make the Macarons and not achieving the results she was happy with. My wife is a great home baker, but she's always been a little gunshy when it comes to macarons. I took her to Chef Stephanie's kitchen (we booked together so I could learn a little too!), and had a terrific time. Chef is an excellent teacher - explanations were clear and organized, and full of smart "hacks" that resonated both with my wife, an experienced baker, and with me, a novice. We enjoyed hearing about her French upbringing and her professional journey as much as we enjoyed tasting our macarons at the end of the session.
