Last year, I decided to follow my passion and enrolled in culinary school (Le Cordon Bleu). I did my externship in Italy, learning how to make fresh pastas, Italian food and the art of eating. Marjan's food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The main course, a lamb and eggplant dish was exquisite, as was the appetizer and dessert. I love Persian food!!! I love Marjan's cooking!
