WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create a new tradition with your team through an immersive holiday cookie decorating event.
Gather your group for this festive team building cookie-decorating event hosted on-site in your office as Chef Esh-Marie leads you through beautiful culinary decorating techniques and an exciting cookie board challenge.
Your team will begin by learning how to craft a delectable hot cocoa drink from scratch. Then, Chef Esh-Marie will guide you through creative icing, flooding and piping tips to make their cookies one-of-a-kind, followed by a content that splits your team into groups to battle for the top prize for the best cookie board!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Your Menu
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Esh- Marie put together a fantastic meal for my dad's 70th birthday. She was able to adjust the menu to fit our needs, came on time and left everything spotless. Had an office party of 11 Saturday night. Chef arrived exactly on time however appetizer was not served at 7:15 as promised, came at 7:45. Didn’t get main entree until 9:15. Chef had told me she would be bringing a sous chef, but she came alone. Guest had told help her clear plates. When she left, the flowers she brought were on the kitchen counter next to the vase, she never got them to our dining table. Lobster was good, Caesar salad and steak just mediocre. Chef was quite pleasant but could not serve us efficiently, disappointed evening especially at $135 per person, not including tip.
