Join Chef Bekah for a fun-filled culinary experience in this hands-on class! All of the incredible tapas on Chef Bekah's menu are 100% plant-based, vegan, organic, and gluten free.
Begin with refreshing vegetable spring rolls before learning how to pickle baby cucumbers. Next, you will learn the art of perfectly balanced lettuce wraps using staple Southeast Asian ingredients, such as garlic, ginger, tamari, sesame oil, onions and bell pepper to infuse your plant-based filling. Lastly, you will make mango sticky rice complete with fresh ripe mangos and toasted sesame seeds.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
