Chef Julie starts the class off with teaching how to prepare a savory artisan cheese plate with enticing toast points before continuing with indulgent flatbread composed of ingredients available during the particular season including succulent chicken, fresh Vidalia onions, zesty grape tomatoes, creamy goat cheese, and healthy arugula.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Julie was amazing and accommodating! She is super knowledgeable of the food and cooking techniques. We had a great time and would highly recommend chef Julie to anyone looking for a fun experience and great food. Additionally, there was more than enough food so that we were full and had lots for leftovers the next day which was a nice bonus!
