Chef Jane knows that there's no better nourishment than enjoying a Sunday supper around the table together. In this hands-on class, Chef Jane guides you through a menu special enough to take center stage on a Sunday.
You will learn the fundamentals of braising tough cuts of meat to bring out the best textures and flavors. You will also learn new recipes and techniques for fennel and almond salad, and cauliflower and turnip puree. For dessert, you'll whip up a simple, yet mystically complex, vanilla bundt cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
