Cooking Class - Pasta Dough Principles
In this fully hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you how to bring impressive pasta dishes to life. He will start with a little bit of historical information on different regions of Italy and the differences between the pastas specific to each region. You will also get tips on how to incorporate local and sustainable ingredients into your meals.
The fun begins with making grilled bread topped with savory prosciutto and sweet honey. Then, Chef Andy will walk you through the process of creating your own shapes for your pasta, which you will then pair with your choice of seasonal sauce. Once the dough is complete, you will transform your seemingly simple noodles into decadent meals to savor.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
