This intensive pasta-making class will teach you everything you wanted to know about pasta.

In this fully hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you how to bring impressive pasta dishes to life. He will begin with historical information on the differences between the pastas specific to each region in Italy. You will also get tips on how to incorporate local and sustainable ingredients.

The fun begins with making grilled bread topped with savory prosciutto and sweet honey. Then, Chef Andy will walk you through the process of creating your own pasta, which you will then pair with your choice of seasonal sauce. Once the dough is ready, you will transform your seemingly simple noodles into decadent meals to savor.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wonderful! We had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday with Chef Andy, his beautiful Assistant (and spouse) Emily along with my adult kids and their significant other! Warm, welcoming environment in Chef Andy's home with delicious food preparation (and learned so much!) We made pasta from scratch along with creating appetizers and our own tasty sauces. 2 of our guests had special food requirements and Chef Andy handled those with no problem. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to have a fun time!

I purchased a Pasta Dough Principles class as a Christmas present for my husband. It was a class of 8 at Andy's place, which is kind of nerve-racking, but he and his partner were very kind and professional, as was the rest of the class. We took a moment to introduce ourselves, got right to cooking, and had some laughs. They directed us every step of the way. They were thorough and patient. Most importantly, the food was delicious. Overall, a fun experience!
