This intensive pasta-making class will teach you everything you wanted to know about pasta.

In this fully hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you how to bring impressive pasta dishes to life. He will begin with historical information on the differences between the pastas specific to each region in Italy. You will also get tips on how to incorporate local and sustainable ingredients.

The fun begins with making grilled bread topped with savory prosciutto and sweet honey. Then, Chef Andy will walk you through the process of creating your own pasta, which you will then pair with your choice of seasonal sauce. Once the dough is ready, you will transform your seemingly simple noodles into decadent meals to savor.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andy and his sous chef :) are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We LOVED our introductory pasta-making class and cannot wait to try to make our own – tools already purchased. For my bachelorette party in Chicago, my friends and I had the privilege of taking a class taught by Chef Andy. It was so fun! And we loved the food we cooked. We ran late arriving, but he totally rolled with it and had us whipping up some yummy pasta in no time at all. With the music bumping (and even some party lights by the end) we really enjoyed the experience and dinner.
