Learn how to craft a soul-satisfying staple beloved the world over: Pizza and flatbreads.

In this hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you how to make pizza and flatbread dough from scratch that boasts an audible crunch but still offers some chewy goodness. The simple yet complex flavor provides the perfect backdrop to the sauces and toppings that you will also prepare.

Hone your knife skills and other fundamental cooking techniques as you make two of your own customized pizzas or flatbreads. This class is the perfect preamble to the world of bread baking. The method, ingredients and all-around experience yield spectacular results.

We had an absolute BLAST with Chef Andy! He was fun, professional, and we learned so much. He started by bringing all necessary supplies and getting comfortable in our kitchen - there was zero judgment on what our kitchen looked like, what we normally cooked with, or anything like that. By using our home cookware and appliances, we learned all sorts of skills to make repeating this meal accessible in the future! Some highlights: - Andy taught us multiple ways to stretch dough - He taught us different types of crusts and flatbreads - He made everything seem affordable: told us where to find ingredients, was flexible with what types of flour and pans we used, and didn't push us to need "fancy" brands or specialty tools - If we made a mistake, he showed us how to fix it and improve - Everyone got to get their hands in! - We had leftovers for DAYS! Thanks again to Andy for being such a joy - and thanks to your sous chef for the spotless kitchen when you left! We've already recommended Andy to several family members and friends, and we hope to book another class soon.

What a wonderful experience! We learned a lot - making the flatbread dough, prepping the ingredients, arranging different toppings, and using fresh herbs - even expert slicing techniques! Fun, delicious, and insightful - we had a great time!
