Cooking Class - Classic Beef Wellington
In this hands-on class, you will learn how to perfect the art of beef wellington with Chef Jane. Chef Jane will teach you how to make the flakiest puff pastry as well as the technique to making a beautifully flavorful and decadent mushroom bordelaise sauce to complete your beef wellington.
You will also learn how to prepare a heavenly mash with garlic horseradish compound butter, and a simple, yet far from plain, wilted greens side dish. For dessert, you will try your hand at a fresh and seasonal fruit tart.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
