WHAT YOU’LL DO

Shape your own potato gnocchi from scratch, build a red meat sauce and finish with affogato al caffè.

Master the craft of potato gnocchi from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Anna. Light, pillowy and deeply satisfying to make, gnocchi is one of Italy's most rewarding pasta techniques – and this session breaks it down step by step so you leave knowing exactly how to recreate it at home.

 

The class opens with a shared charcuterie spread before moving into the kitchen. You'll boil, rice and season the potatoes, bring the dough together with minimal handling and shape each piece before simmering them in a rich red meat sauce built from scratch. The class closes with an affogato al caffè – espresso over gelato, the simplest and most Italian of finales. Book this gnocchi class today.

 

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
