What You’ll Do

Learn to make fresh pappardelle pasta and roasted garlic tomato sauce from scratch.

This cooking class brings the joy of handmade pasta straight to your plate. Chef Jesse will guide you through mixing semolina flour, eggs and water to create fresh pasta dough the old-school Italian way. Then roll it out, slice it into beautiful ribbons of pappardelle.

While the pasta rests, you’ll build a roasted garlic tomato sauce with crushed tomatoes, olive oil and classic Italian seasonings. Toss everything together and dig into a comforting dish you made completely from scratch. Warning: store-bought pasta may never feel the same again. Book your spot today!

The mozzarella class was wonderful! Chef Jesse gave me the confidence to be able to make fresh cheese at home with simple ingredients. Can't wait to impress our friends with homemade caprese!!
