What You’ll Do

Prepare a comforting and sophisticated Italian menu featuring homemade crab meat ravioli and dessert.

Elevate your culinary skills in this hands-on cooking class celebrating Italian favorites. Led by Chef Charles, you’ll learn the art of pasta-making with a decadent menu that includes classic tiramisu.

Learn the technique of poaching an egg to create a traditional Caesar salad. Next, knead, roll, fill and shape delicate homemade ravioli with fresh crab meat served with a velvety Alfredo sauce using cream reduction and emulsification techniques. Steam tender broccoli florets for the perfect side dish, topped with parmesan. Conclude with an elegant tiramisu, practicing layering and whipped cream folding for the perfect dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
