Cooking Class - Fresh Seafood Feast
In this hands-on class with Chef Malik, you will learn everything you need to know to create a beautiful seafood feast from scaling, cleaning, and filleting to seasoning, cooking, and plating.
You will begin by making ceviche using fresh scallops brined in a lime juice and herbs then chopped and placed in large cucumber slices that are hallowed out to cups. A couple more recipes you can look forward to making include a creamy crab dip topped with saffron as well as Chef Malik's award-winning vanilla bean ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
