This cooking class puts pad Thai back where it belongs: in your own hands, not a takeout box. Chef Jesse will guide you through building this Thai favorite from scratch, starting with perfectly stir-fried shrimp and rice noodles. Learn how to balance the sweet, sour and savory flavors that make pad Thai so delicious.

You’ll mix a punchy sauce with tamarind paste, fish sauce and peanuts, then toss everything together in a sizzling stir-fry. The result? A restaurant-worthy dish you made yourself. Book your spot today!
