Embrace the seasonal flavors with this cooking class featuring a specially designed menu to celebrate the fresh produce. Chef Kayla will show you how to transform simple ingredients into vibrant, flavorful dishes that highlight the best of the season.
Guided by a top-rated chef, you’ll start the cooking lesson by creating a beautiful butterfly pea flower focaccia. Later, make your own heirloom tomato sauce and top your pizza with the freshest seasonal ingredients. All ingredients are seasonal and can be sourced directly from any household garden. This interactive cooking session will leave you with newfound culinary skills and a deeper appreciation for fresh, homegrown meals.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With artichoke leaves and hearts, served with preserved lemon aioli
Butterfly Garden Focaccia Pizza
With butterfly pea tea-stained focaccia, heirloom tomato sauce, crispy pancetta, fresh Burrata cheese, quick-pickled radish, shaved asparagus, herb oil drizzle and edible flowers
Grilled Apricots and Ice Cream
With fresh sweet yellow apricots, grilled and brushed with brown butter, topped with vanilla bean ice cream and apricot gelée
