Showcase autumnal flavors in delicious filled pasta recipes.
This cozy cooking class invites you to practice time-honored methods for crafting ravioli from scratch. Featuring seasonal ingredients such as pumpkin, sage and pancetta, each bite is full of comforting fall flavors. Follow along with the chef as you learn to prepare fresh pasta dough to fill and cut into two styles of ravioli paired with classic homemade sauces.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
