Practice time-honored techniques for forming and rolling pasta dough and cutting tender ribbons of fresh fettuccine. With tips from the instructor, you’ll prepare a flavorful starter, handmade fettuccine with creamy cashew Alfredo sauce and a fun dessert that is full of texture and flavor.
