Learn how to craft a 100% plant-based Mediterranean menu designed to elevate your party experience.

During this engaging cooking class, Chef Jackie will guide you in creating a vegan Mediterranean menu. You’ll explore how you can create exquisite flavors by combining fresh vegetables with different spices.

Start by crafting handmade lemony herb-stuffed grape leaves with rice, cinnamon, allspice and mint. Next, you’ll make a velvety baba ghanoush bruschetta with a smoky twist and create a party-worthy Mediterranean orzo salad that's full of textures and pops of color, thanks to apricots, pistachios and arugula. And lastly, transform traditional tahini into a rich chocolatey halva-inspired Mediterranean treat.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience with chef Jackie was nothing short of incredible! We had so much fun and truly learned so much that we can apply in our everyday cooking. This class was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about vegan cooking.
