Cooking Class - Italian Trattoria
Transport yourself to Italy with this hands-on cooking class where you'll practice traditional techniques and use fresh, high-quality ingredients to make mouthwatering, classic Italian dishes.
First, you'll layer tomatoes with creamy mozzarella cheese for the perfect Caprese salad, and toast and season crunchy garlic bread. For the entrée, knead and shape dough into the pasta of your choice and sauté vegetables and brown meat to create a slow-simmering Bolognese sauce that's worth every effort. For dessert, Chef David will teach you how to make authentic panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
