This mindful menu demonstrates the simplicity of transforming traditional Italian cusine into delicious plant-forward dining.

Discover the incredible Italian-style possibilities that vegan dining presents in this thoughtful hands-on cooking class. Chef Patricia reinvents the classic Old World dinner with a hearty helping of modern plant-based culinary creativity.

Begin your lesson with a tossed salad and homemade beet vinaigrette. Then, create vegan sausage crostini with basil and plant-based cheese before preparing handmade linguine kissed with a walnut meat, spinach and roasted tomato sauce. And because plant-based dining also means dessert, whip up homemade vegan cheesecake parfaits.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
