Begin your lesson with a tossed salad and homemade beet vinaigrette. Then, create vegan sausage crostini with basil and plant-based cheese before preparing handmade linguine kissed with a walnut meat, spinach and roasted tomato sauce. And because plant-based dining also means dessert, whip up homemade vegan cheesecake parfaits.

Had an excellent time. I'm not a vegan but the food was amazing. Chef Patricia is amazing and thorough. Wife had a great birthday.
Chef Patricia started her culinary career in 2000 as a Walt Disney World College Program intern. She spent ten years honing her culinary and pastry chef skills by working in numerous three star restaurants, patisseries and gluten free bakeries. In 2020, Chef Patricia won an award for best vegan side dish. Currently living in Atlanta, she spends her time cooking and baking while focusing on plant-based gourmet cuisine.
