Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Put a modern twist on traditional Italian favorites with Chef Jordan.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jordan will guide you through infusing modern twists into a variety of authentic vegetarian Italian recipes. Along with making pasta completely from scratch, you'll practice frying and roasting.
After preparing appetizers of fried artichoke hearts with garlic lemon aioli and roasted tomato and whipped ricotta crostinis topped with honey, Chef Jordan will walk you through making homemade fettuccine pasta paired with a fresh basil pesto. For dessert, put a unique spin on traditional tiramisu as you blend it's classic flavors for a rich mousse.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
