Cooking Class - South American Flavors
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn all about the intricate food from four South American nations. Chef Gustavo will teach you time-honored cooking techniques along the way, as you handcraft classic recipes.
Begin by preparing fresh Peruvian ceviche followed by a lemony quinoa salad filled with the flavors of Bolivia. Then, you'll taste the savory flavors of Argentina with beef empanadas and finish up with classic Venezuelan arepas filled with chicken, arugula and avocado. As you cook, Chef Gustavo will teach you about the fascinating history and culture behind each bite.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
