Team Building Activity - Mystery Cooking Competition

Engage in some friendly team contest with your colleagues.

Bring out your competitive side and your culinary creativity in this hands-on team building activity. Led by Chef Li, you'll break into smaller teams to make a meal using mystery ingredients as each team will craft a course of the menu.

You'll work with aromatic spices, savory meats and fresh vegetables to make authentic Asian dishes. Learn how to steam pork soup dumplings in a bamboo basket. For entrées, teams will make Korean barbecue tacos and mapo tofu. Practice knife skills while cutting fruit for ube turon as a dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
