Experience hands-on culinary training as Chef Lori guides you through creating a four-course menu featuring the Thai-inspired flavors of coconut milk, ginger and garlic.
Chef Lori will begin the class teaching you how to prepare bold, comforting hot and sour Thai soup with shrimp and lemongrass, and lettuce wraps brimming with thinly sliced glazed chicken followed by everyone's favorite take out dish — pad Thai. Complete your culinary journey to Thailand by learning how to prepare golden banana fritters with sesame seeds for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
