We made a cucumber and avocado maki, a crab salad maki, and a tuna handroll. We learned the procedure to create all of these and how to best handle the kitchenware needed. Chef Alejandro was great at first showing us each of the steps we needed to do, then mentoring us as we tried to replicate each of those steps. My partner and made such delicious rolls, and we are now motivated to apply these new skills at home. Chef Alejandro was great at making us feel welcome and taken cared of at his place, and took fun candid pictures of us as we were making our sushi. I highly recommend him for anyone that wants to learn how to make sushi and build great memories!

What a WONDERFUL experience. Chef Alejandro is such a good and patient teacher, teaches not just technique but respect for the process of creating sushi. I just loved his class, and the resulting sushi. Besides the teaching and learning, he also made the experience fun and memorable for our group. Our friends who live here in Chicago will be recommending this experience to others. What a lovely and memorable and yummy experience. HIGHLY recommend.
