Join Chef Esteban on a journey through culinary Italy to discover four dishes that have stood the test of time.
In this hands-on class with Chef Esteban, you will learn the techniques and skills needed to craft well-known and iconic Italian recipes from scratch. You'll begin with rolling eggplant with basil and tomato sauce, then classic veal saltimbocca steals the spotlight with prosciutto, sage and white wine. Next, homemade fettuccine cacio e pepe will make your taste buds do a little dance, and you'll end the class with the ever classic tiramisu.

Esteban was very talented and charming. He was very easy to talk to and I learned a lot about his journey as a chef as well as tips and tricks in the kitchen that I can use for meals in the future. The food he prepared was delicious and he did it in a way that made cooking a four course meal appear very approachable. Booked the class A Creative Gourmet Dinner with Chef Esteban
Chef Esteban is a master of many flavors. From simple recipes to staple dishes found in European cuisine, his expertise in the kitchen and laid back attitude will leave you reevaluating some of your favorite foods. I was amazed when he demonstrated to me that the sauce for his Fettuccini Cacio e Pepe was only pasta water and shredded cheese, and it was delicious! On top of gaining some more culinary knowledge, I had a great time with Chef Esteban.
