In this hands-on class with Chef Matt, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare an impressive and elegant Italian feast completely from scratch using a foundation of fresh, in-season ingredients.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to making in this class include bruschetta with a seasonal twist, a succulent rosemary and garlic-marinated chicken breast cooked sous vide, a creamy and nutty butternut squash risotto, and a classic Italian cookie filled with a luxurious Grand Marnier cream and topped with beautiful and decadent dark chocolate shavings.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
